Description
Black cherry and black pepper, with a hint of bramble and bergamot are expressive. On the palate wild berries are generous, with a silky body and a body and a spice that hits the middle of the tongue. Savory and meaty au jus comes in, further avoring the earthy red berries that are possessed with an umami character. Aged four months in French oak. We took a double take at the price. This IS what kind of beauty the Central Coast can offer.
